At Degree of Freedom, we are committed to continuous improvement in our environmental and climate efforts as well as maintaining a healthy workplace.
Below is a summary of key environmental indicators, data collection methods, and ongoing measures:
- Waste – Food Waste (kg)
Currently, we estimate food waste as we do not receive exact data from the waste collector. Starting in 2026, we plan to weigh waste monthly for more accurate data.
- Air Travel (Number of flights in Nordic countries, Europe, and worldwide)
Flight data is collected by the finance department and continuously updated in our internal Excel tracking system.
- Electricity Consumption (kWh)
As tenants, we receive annual electricity consumption data from our property owner.
- Paper Usage (Number of sheets printed)
We only use third-party certified paper and print only when necessary. Monthly print volumes are reported to our printer service provider and overseen by our finance department.
- Fuel Consumption
We do not own any vehicles, so this is not applicable.
- Sick Leave
Data on employee sick leave is collected from our HR system.
We are transparent about our methods and continuously work on improving data accuracy and reducing our environmental impact. Our climate accounts and results are available on request for interested parties.
