Project Description

Woho is a high-rise with a diverse program and a social profile. In the project both social and environmental sustainability are of great importance.

The plot is situated in Berlin’s central Kreuzberg district. Kreuzberg is unconventional and diverse, and the architect’s goal was to reflect this in the proposal for the high-rise.

The 29-storey hybrid building (concrete cores and timber structures) will be the highest of its kind in Germany.

Service Provided
