Project Description

The project is a part of the Stovner Centre’s activity park area upgrading. The purpose of the project was to provide the area with an attraction that could become a destination both in the region and the city of Oslo. The tower, which is designed for universal access is beautifully situated on a historic site on Fossumberget mountain, and as part of the local tour network is easily accessible. From the tower there are views of the Oslo fjord and the city.

The idea of Link Landskap was to design a floating corridor rather than a traditional tower building. The trip can be experienced as a walk among the treetops.
