The project will be one of the key elements in the development of Bjergsted and the center of Stavanger. SR-bank´s vicionn to be an open bank is taken seriously by the architects by creating a building that opens up towards the city and its surroundings. Important aspects are inner life of the building, visibility, lighting, and attractive meeting places all related to the park.

The building will gather all the SR-Bank 750 employees, today divided into three different buildings and locations in the city. There will be approximately 14000m2 and is scheduled for completion by the end of 2018.

The seven storey structure above ground, except the concrete cores, is made by timber beams, columns and slabs.
